The designers of the Estudio Mariano Martin wanted to create an ‘Eating Park’ which takes a sensory experience beyond the edge of a plate. Hence, natural materials are key. Wook and sisal in earthy shades create a tactile experience. A braided wall creates a light border between interior and exterior and and the black ceiling lets there be night– very attractive for Spanish night owls.
The restaurant also scores with its local cuisine. Try the traditional Salmorejo Cordobés soup.
