In an emblematic building that architect Adães Bermudes designed in the beginning of the 20th Century and that was awarded the Valmor Prize in 1908, the new hotel honors Portugal’s Art-Nouveau architecture.

The ambitious interior architecture project combines the historic template with contrasting industrial references. Neutral shades dominate the minimalist designed rooms.

Historic tiles found during the construction work were replicated and integrated.
