The Victory House – MGallery by Sofitel is a luxury hotel at London’s Leicester Square that sees itself as a homage to the golden time of cinema.

Originally planned in 1898 by the former leading theater designer Walter Emden, it was formerly known as the Hôtel de l’Europe. It features a Parisian Brasserie that was a former West End meeting point in its heydays.

The 19th Century building with its rich history and its cineastic heritage had to be respected in its renovation. A subtle color scheme with grey furniture and brass details was chosen.

Light oak elements add a relaxed atmosphere to the rooms. Each of the 86 stylish rooms is unique. Bull eyes and large windows offer a view of the setting of many film opening nights, Leicester Square.

The chic Petit Bistro is located in the ground floor of the hotel and seats 70 guests.
