It is located in an acute angled block that is bordered by Diversey Parkway, Clark Street & Broadway – and at the same time the lively district Lincoln Park with attractions such as the Peggy Notebaert Nature Museum or the Zoo.
During the most recent renovation of the interior, the architects aimed to respect local history. Greats such as Foo Fighters, Nirvana, Smashing Pumpkins, Radiohead, Red Hot Chili Peppers, Courtney Love, Sheryl Crowe or Alanis Morissette are on the guest list.
