This restaurant, located on the seventh floor of The Ritz-Carlton Residences, Waikiki Beach, brings the taste of Japan’s capitol Tokyo to Hawaii.

With the legendary sushi master Kaija Nakazawa, the  Sushi Sho in Honolulu runs its first branch outside of Japan. The puristically designed interior by Studio Jon Brent Design from Los Angeles places the chef in the center of the action.

The design concept aims to celebrate the food together with its preparation as a ceremony and exclusive experience.

The restaurant only offers ten seats and with that an exclusive, rare experience. Be sure to reserve in time as the Sushi Sho is booked out weeks in advance.
