The cuisine focuses on culinary diversity: With dishes such as Beef Tatar with Yuzu Mayonnaise and Jalapeño mustard, Avileña-Nnegra Ibérica Beef Filet or Ginger Lemongrass Crème-Brûlée with Berry Ragout, the menu is kept very international.
At the same time, regional products like venison, wild herbs or corn-fed chicken breast are chef choices. Culinary lack of borders at its highest level.
On weekends, the restaurant turns to a club at night and night owls dance off their dinner until the morning. VIPs like Tom Cruise have been sighted here…
