Regarding the interior, chef’s Ciccio Sultano’s Italian cuisine goes hand in hand with the different design features. Fine inclusions of the marble bar remind of the salt used in the kitchen. The olive oil and wheat were also used as a source of inspiration by the designers and are mirrored in colors and decoration.
Two star chef Ciccio Sultano from Sicily serves ambitious creations such as Maialino alla Chiaramontana – black Nebrodi pork with Chiaramontana filling and potatos.
