The Guide Michelin has had this restaurant on the radar. That is due to the excellent culinary art inspired by the US West Coast. The interior will also serve design fans as well.
The golden era of mid century design is given a Scandinavian touch here. The restaurant with its 222 seats also impresses with lots of light and room high windows.
Chef Erling Wu-Bower prefers to speak about the food concept: whole grain pizzas and veggies roasted over an open fire are typical elements of the modern West-Coast-Cuisine.
The restaurant is located in the trendy River North District. Lots of art galleries and night clubs are in the vicinity.
