Off is the first floating hotel with bar in Paris – with 54 rooms and 4 suites, spread across two levels as well as a pool and private jetty.
The architecture and design concept mirrors the Seine’s contours, the connection between river and city: elegant zinc roofs protrude towards the sky and open the facade towards the outside, while the central glass roof allows for daylight to enter the heart of the boat.
The facades are covered with a silvery wooden finish that embeds itself organically in the surroundings. Warm copper shades and noble sustainable materials such as wood, leather, glass and zinc dominate the simple bar.
The 400 square meter large summer terrace on the quay offers a unique view on the impressive architecture of the Pont d’Austerlitz.
