Nikunotoriko

wild. cave-like. forested. natural.
Café Restaurant
Tokyo

Original: This restaurant awaits guests with a modern interpretation of the traditional Yakiniku cooking style, in which food is grilled directly at the dining table.

The Nikunotoriko stretches across two floors. In the first floor, an over-dimensional table is placed in a cave-like setting. The second floor is not less unconventional. It offers intimate ground seating as well as steel pipe elements with tree designs that resemble subtle room separators.

The nice idea: Eating amidst a calm forest. To move across this unusual and heterogeneous landscape if definitely a unique experience.

The design quotes of cave, forest and river are supposed to five guests a full body experience.
