Named after the studio of Monsieur Saint Laurent, that formerly was located on the Avenue Marceau Numero 5, the Café Le Studio in the spectacular YSL Museum designed by Karl Fournier and Olivier Marty, who jointly stand for the Studio KO.
Visitors enjoy an almost contemplative composition of white marble, light wood and wicker chairs that reflect the simple and nearly monastic atmosphere of Saint Laurent’s office.
While eating French-Moroccan snacks, you can appreciate Ulrich Gassmann’s drawings of the master’s Parisian studio.
Special Tips
In the museum’s Cine Club there are weekly showings of Yves Saint Laurent’s favorite movies, 20th Century classics from Renoir to Visconti, from Cocteau to Welles.
