Erwann Lance has worked in several Michelin-Star awarded restaurants around the world and was responsible for the gourmet restaurant in the noble Hotel Royal Mansour before opening his own place in the Gueliz district.
The ambience is colorful and stylish, the menu is a tasty mix of the most fresh products of the Medina and French cuisine. A three-course menu is served for lunch. For dinner, guests can eat à la carte or chose one of the two menus recommended by the chef.
Whatever you eat, do not leave without having tried the Ceviche!
