Interior designer Peter Buchberger sees himself as a composer. In his projects, he brings fine textiles in tune with design classics and spectacular lamps. Punctual spectacles such as a hand-printed wallpaper with a dramatic pattern are used for maximal effects in minimal dosage.
For Unterschleißheim’s Hotel INFINITY, he designed the heart of the hotel in close collaboration with owner Christina Striebel: the 600 square meter large bar on the ground floor. Intimate lounge zones radiate cozyness as well a cosmopolitan flair. Even though it is huge, the bar feels like a private salon. The composition of the maestro features dark walnut wood, graphic patterned rugs as well as sensorial fabrics in teal and cinnamon.
