Fauchon L’Hôtel

Fauchen Paris became famous as a first rate French gourmet store. At the end of 2018, the traditional store opened its first hotel and used the strong pink of its corporate identity for bold accents in its interior design.

Parisian flair breezes through the rooms and suites of the historic Haussmann building, Fauchon’s original main branch of 1886, planned by the co-founder of Affine Design, Richard Martinet.

With the help of talented handymen and rising artists, a daring and elegant ambience came to life.

Special Tips

Of course you can also dine in the 5-star boutique hotel: for example shrimp ravioli with lime confit and black tea in the Grand Café.
