In the village of Llubí, 40 kilometers away form Palma, the Brut that is super popular among craft beer fans sets its focus on raw bricks as well as an industrial touch and quotes brutalism chic.
All that makes for a strong contrast with the beautifully presented dishes and their splendid aroma. Wooden pillars are the Brut’s backbone. They stand for warmth, intimacy and originality.
Dishes are served on handmade china, giving them a further sensorial touch. The owners are proud to own a Master Degree in the area of Sensorial Analysis.
Brut’s founders collaborated with the legendary Ferran Adria in the elBulli and elCeller de Can Roca. This influence lead to the development of their craft beer “Monsieur Gordo”.
