Café Restaurant
Paris

The iconic Parisian restaurant in the Marais started into its second life. Architect duo Emil Humbert and Christophe Poet managed the stunt to create new esprit while keeping the atmosphere of the traditional butcher’s shop.

Behind the blue curtain, guests will see cracked porcelain, reverse glass paintings and familiar ball lamps.

The terrazzo floor has been enriched with red pebbles and marble on top of the wooden tables reflect this historic echo. Classic bistro chairs with Dedar braiding can also be found.

The cocktail bar reminds of the 40s, South American drinks such as “Margarita de Carmen” are a homage to the legendary Anahi owners.
