In the cosmopolitan districtPuerto Madero at the river bed of the Río de la Plata, the Alvear Icon, the sister hotel of the Alvear Palace, arises. Its silhouette is especially iconic: The building planned by feifer-Zurdo and Partners looks like a classic high-rise merged with a futuristic skyscraper.

In the interior, marble is the dominant material. Entrance, floors and bathrooms are made of different Arabescato or Botticino marble. Some furniture, objects and art come from a private collection of the owner and adorn certain hotel areas.

The 140 m2 large Icon Suite is located on the 17th floor. The view enables a view of river and city.
