Milan

In 1990 Carla Sozzani opened her Galleria Carla Sozzani in one of Milan’s court yards. The fact that she was the chief editor of Italy’s Vogue and founder of Elle magazine was very special. A few years before the opening of her gallery, the fashion expert met American artist Kris Ruhs with whom she has been collaborating on both private and business level ever since.

In 1991, a book store was added, a garden café and a boutique with the hottest fashion labels were added.  The areas continued to expand. A restaurant opened in 1996 and in 2003 the Hotel 3 Rooms with its three rooms.  In the meantime, there are branches across the world, from Tokyo to New York. With the 10 Corso Como, Carla Sozzani has definitely contributed to today’s understanding of a concept store.

The lush garden café at 10 Corso Como immediately refreshes tired shoppers.
